factorylinkx offers two distinct approaches to use our sourcing services, allowing businesses at various stages to select the option that best meets their needs.
Product-Based Plan
If you prefer to avoid negotiations with factories, factorylinkx can be your one-stop supplier, providing the products you need. We will provide a quotation based solely on the product value.
Once you are satisfied with the price and sample, you can place your order with us. We will cooperate with our factories to manage mass production, quality control, and logistics arrangements.
In this scenario, factorylinkx will take responsibility for the product quality and provide a free replacement or compensation according to the agreed standard.
Service Fee: $0. All costs are included in the unit price of the product.
Service-Based Plan
If you have your own suppliers in China or plan to visit China and negotiate directly with factories, factorylinkxcan still provide valuable assistance. Our services include sourcing new suppliers, accompanying you during factory audits, and overseeing production follow-ups.
Simply provide details about your products and purchasing plans in China, and we will tailor our support based on your target products and locations. To utilize our services, a setup fee will be required.
factorylinkxwill assist you in signing procurement contracts with factories in China and will charge a percentage-based service fee based on the product value.

Frequently Asked Questions
With Product-Based Plan, you purchase directly from factorylinkx’s supplier network, and factorylinkx Sourcing guarantees product quality and compensates you in case of any quality issues.
With Service-Based Plan, we charge you service fee to find suitable suppliers, and let you negotiates with the supplier regarding product details, but production follow-up is still included in this plan.
For the Service-Based Plan, the service fee is 4.5 – 10% of the product value. If the total product value is less than $1,500, we will still charge a minimum service fee of $150.
For Product-Based Plan, the minimum order quantity is also $1,500 to initiate a sourcing project.
In Product-Based plan, we’re serving you as your one-stop supplier in China to offer the products you desire. We can’t disclose any supplier details under most circumstances. However, we are more than willing to assist our clients to conduct on-site factory inspections.
With Service-Based Plan, quality inspection is not included by default. If you require additional quality inspection service, a separate service fee is required and quoted accordingly.
With Product-Based Plan, a free AQL LEVEL II 2.5 inspection is included and will be conducted once we receive your products at our warehouse. If you require a higher-ratio inspection service, a separate quote is required,
Product-Based Plan:
For general product orders greater than or equal to $3,000, a 30% deposit is required, with the remaining 70% due prior to shipment.
For customized product orders greater than or equal to $3,000, a 50% deposit is required, with the remaining 50% due prior to shipment.
Service-Based Plan:
The quotation service is free. Once you’re satisfied with pricing, samples and terms, the full service fee must be paid in order to disclose factory information and proceed with the project.
